How do I instigate a refund?

From time to time due to a number of varying reasons Officeteam may owe you a refund.

Please email support@officeteamhelp.zendesk.com with the amount you are wanting refunded and the reasons why, from a domain email or on letter headed paper (Scanned). We will also need you to confirm the bank details that you would like the monies to be sent to.

Under normal circumstances you should expect to wait between 3-7 working days for this to be completed.
