Lead times for Workwear are as follows - Stocked items 2 working days, Plain Garments 5-7 working days, bespoke garments not from stock 14 working days

Minimum Order Quantities for Embellished Workwear not stocked - the minimum order is 12 embroidered/transferred/Taxtabbed items (not combined), you are still able to order, but an additional £15 will be added to your order.

Minimum Order Quantities for Plain/Stocked Workwear - there is no MOQ for these items and most can be dispatched on a next day basis

How Can I get a Quote for Workwear an/or PPE? Simply contact your Account Manager or email the team directly at

Returns - If you have ordered from stock held by OfficeTeam you are able to return your garments, the garment must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as it was delivered. Please do not wash the item, if this has been done we will not be able to take the garment back. Please advise one of the team within 7 working days, after this time we will not be able to offer a return.

Embellished items that are not stocked with OfficeTeam are non returnable.
