How do I get a quotation?

Once you know what you want please contact Interiors Sales Support at,  and a member of the team will be able to assist you. Please provide as much information about your requirements as possible such as quantities needed, product codes (where known), sizes required and any special requirements.

How do I place an order from a quotation I have received?

Please contact the Interiors Sales Support Team with your ticket number or quotation reference and a member of the team will be able to arrange for the order to be processed. Please ensure that you provide details on your required products, colour choices and your delivery address so that the order can be raised for you without delay.

How do I place an order from the Express Catalogue?

Our comprehensive Express Catalogue has a huge range of products available for quick delivery to an address of your choice. If you are ordering an item from our Express Catalogue please contact our Interiors Customer Service Team at,  who will be able to process this for you. Please ensure that you provide details on your required products, colour choices and your delivery address so that the order can be raised for you without delay.

Deliveries and Installation

We offer products pre-built, self-build and a full on site installation service - we are happy to work with you to meet your individual requirements.

We offer a national delivery and installation service operating from eight distribution centres, with a fleet of 20 vehicles and 40 fully trained fitters. Our stocked furniture centres enable us to be exceptionally responsive to your needs. We also have almost one million square feet of warehousing across 15 regional stocking points, allowing us to stock more products at locations closer to you, and giving us goods for rapid local delivery. This makes us a perfect fit for multi-site, nationwide businesses.

How do I chase my delivery?

Delivery date will always be confirmed at the time of placing an order, if anything changes we will be in touch with you.  However if you need to chase up a date please contact with your ticket number (from the order confirmation) or account number/full address and order number and a member of the team will look into this and contact you with an update.

I have a faulty product, how do I get this repaired or replaced?

Please contact with details of the fault and any information you have on the product such as the order number it was purchased on and product details. If you are unsure on product details please provide the information from the product label as this will assist the team in locating the item.

How do I check if my product is in warranty?

Our products are subject to manufacturer terms and therefore warranties do differ between items. Please contact with the details from the product label and any information regarding the product fault so that a member of the team can advise the product warranty and the next steps to get the matter resolved for you.

Can I return an item?

Our goods are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I query an item on my invoice?
